If you break down on the road, you will find useful numbers and information in our VANBREAKER mobile application, in the SOS section.
If it is a minor damage (puncture, flat battery), the customer needs to contact Vanbreak so we can contact the insurance to bring the vehicle to the nearest garage to repair it immediately.
If it is a major damage (engine failure, clutch failure) that cannot be repaired within 48 hours, please contact Vanbreak so that we can organize the repatriation of the vehicle and transport the passengers to the nearest VW garage to Vanbreak agency where you picked up your van.
If the breakdown is not attributable to the tenants, VanBreak agrees to cover the costs of repairing the vehicle, and to reimburse the lost rental days.
If the failure is attributable to the tenants (due to a misuse of the vehicle), no compensation will be paid to the tenant.
