Check out no later than 1 p.m.

Park the van in the Vanbreak parking lot, send us 3x photos of the interior of the van by e-mail roadtrip@vanbreak.com, inform us if there is any damage, if any accessories/equipment is missing (broken, etc…), if you have changed the gas bottle, etc… and put the key in the letterbox (see photo below).

MANDATORY actions to be carried out before returning the van :
– Drain grey/dirty water. The easiest way to do this is to go to a campsite or petrol station that has the appropriate facilities. We recommend two Malaga addresses for this purpose:
Parking Rivera (15mn from VanBreak – close to the airport)
Aparcamiento de Caravanas (east of Malaga)

to empty waste water at the CEPSA petrol station adjacent to the Vanbreak parking lot, under penalty of fine (up to €100)
– Same level of DIESEL as at the start. You can fill up with diesel at the CEPSA station adjacent to our parking lot.
– 100% fill of clear water
– Clean the plastic toilet cubicle. Simply empty the contents into a toilet.
– Turn off the refrigerator and leave it open.
– Clean and put away dishes.
– Take out the rubbish and other garbage.
– Remove and place sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, cloths and seat covers in the trunk of the vehicle. DO NOT REMOVE the protective cover from the mattress.
– Vacuuming floors, benches and seats
– Wipe the dashboard and various furniture and vehicle floors with a damp cloth.
– If you’re traveling with a dog, vacuum the seats and floor of the van.

The van must be returned in a CORRECT state of cleanliness (inside and out). A second disinfection cleaning will be carried out by Vanbreak. If the van is returned dirty, Vanbreak will charge a fixed fee of €100.

In the event of non-compliance with the above instructions, Vanbreak will invoice :
Grey/dirty water emptying = €50
Completing the clear water = €20
Fill up with DIESEL = 2,00€/L
Toillettes box cleaning = 100€.
Cleaning and tidying dishes = €50
Take out the garbage = €30
Remove and place sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcase, cloth, rear seat cover in trunk = €20

– Wipe the dashboard and other furniture and the floor of the vehicle with a damp cloth.
– If you are travelling with a dog, vacuum the seats and floor of the van.

ESPAÑOL:

La salida es a más tardar a las 13:00 horas. Aparca la furgoneta en el parking Vanbreakenvíanos 3x fotos del interior de la furgoneta poe e-mail roadtrip@vanbreak.com, infórmanos si hay algún desperfecto, si falta algún accesorio/equipo (roto, etc…), o si has cambiado la bombona de gas, etc… y mete la llave en el buzon (ver foto abajo).

Acciones OBLIGATORIAS a realizar antes de devolver la furgoneta:
– Vaciar las aguas grises/sucias. La forma más fácil de hacerlo es acudir a un camping o gasolinera que disponga de instalaciones adecuadas. Le recomendamos las siguientes direcciones (cerca de la agencia Vanbreak):

vaciar las aguas residuales en la gasolinera CEPSA situada junto al aparcamiento Vanbreak bajo pena de multa (hasta 100 €).
– Mismo nivel de DIESEL que en la salida. Puede repostar gasóleo en la gasolinera CEPSA situada junto a nuestro aparcamiento.
– Llenar el depósito de agua limpia al 100%.
– Limpiar y vaciar el cubo de plástico del inodoro. Simplemente vacíe el contenido en el inodoro.
– Apagar la nevera y dejarla abierta.
– Limpiar y guardar la vajilla.
– Sacar la basura y cualquier otro desperdicio.
– Retirar y colocar en el maletero sábanas, sábanas bajeras, fundas de almohada, paños y fundas de los asientos traseros.
– Aspirar el suelo, el banco y el asiento.
– Limpiar el salpicadero, los muebles y el suelo con un paño húmedo.
– Si viaja con un perro, aspire los asientos y el suelo de la furgoneta.

La furgoneta debe devolverse en un CORRECTO estado de limpieza (interior y exterior). Vanbreak realizará una segunda limpieza de desinfección. Si la furgoneta se devuelve sucia, Vanbreak cobrará una tasa fija de 100€.

Si no se siguen las instrucciones anteriores, Vanbreak cobrará:
Vaciar aguas grises/sucias = €50
Rellenar agua clara = €20
Rellenar con DIESEL = 2,00€/L
Limpieza de la caja de toillettes = €100
Limpiar y ordenar la vajilla = €50
Sacar la basura = €30
Sacar y colocar sábanas, sábanas bajeras, fundas de almohada, paños y fundas de asientos traseros en el maletero = €20

Parken Sie den Van auf dem Vanbreak-Parkplatz, schicken Sie uns ein Foto vom Inneren des Vans (email: roadtrip@vanbreak.com), informieren Sie uns über Schäden, fehlendes Zubehör/Ausrüstung (Bruch, etc.), Gasflaschenwechsel, etc. und legen Sie den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten.

OBLIGATORISCHE Maßnahmen, die vor der Rückgabe des Transporters durchgeführt werden müssen :
Parking Rivera (15mn von VanBreak – in der Nähe des Flughafens).
Aparcamiento de Caravanas (im Osten von Malaga)
– Leeren Sie das Grau-/Schmutzwasser. Am einfachsten geht das auf einem Campingplatz oder an einer Tankstelle, die über eine entsprechende Infrastruktur verfügen. Empfehlen wir die folgenden Adressen (in der Nähe der Agentur Vanbreak):

Es ist VERBOTEN, das Abwasser an der CEPSA-Tankstelle, die an den Vanbreak-Parkplatz angebaut ist, abzulassen, da sonst ein Bußgeld (bis zu 100 €) droht.
– Gleicher DIESEL-Stand wie bei der Abreise. Sie können an der CEPSA-Tankstelle, die an unseren Parkplatz angebaut ist, Diesel tanken.
– Füllen Sie das klare Wasser zu 100% auf.
– Reinigen Sie die Plastikbox der Toilette. Leeren Sie dazu einfach den Inhalt in eine Toilette.
– Schalten Sie den Kühlschrank aus und lassen Sie ihn offen.
– Reinigen Sie das Geschirr und räumen Sie es weg.
– Bringen Sie die Mülltonne und alle anderen Abfälle heraus.
– Entfernen Sie Bettlaken, Spannbettlaken, Kopfkissenbezüge, Lappen und Sitzbezüge und legen Sie sie in den Kofferraum des Fahrzeugs. Entfernen Sie NICHT den Schutzbezug von der Matratze.
– Saugen Sie den Boden, die Sitzbank und den Sitz.
– Wischen Sie mit einem feuchten Tuch über das Armaturenbrett, verschiedene Möbel und den Boden des Fahrzeugs.
– Wenn Sie mit einem Hund reisen, saugen Sie die Sitze und den Boden des Vans ab.

Der Van muss in einem CORRECT sauberen Zustand (innen und außen) zurückgegeben werden. Eine zweite desinfizierende Reinigung wird von Vanbreak durchgeführt. Wenn der Van schmutzig zurückgegeben wird, berechnet Vanbreak eine Pauschale von 100€.

Im Falle der Nichtbeachtung der obigen Anweisungen wird Vanbreak eine Gebühr erheben:
Entleeren des grauen/schmutzigen Wassers = 50€.
Auffüllen des klaren Wassers = 20€.
DIESEL auffüllen = 2,00€/L
Reinigung der Toillettenbox = 100€.
Geschirr reinigen und einräumen = 50€.
Müll rausbringen = €30
Bettlaken, Spannbettlaken, Kissenbezüge, Lappen, Rücksitzbankbezug entfernen und in den Kofferraum legen = 20€.
