Long-term offer details
1. Offer validity
Our long-term offer is valid for a minimum booking of 30 days between November 01 and February 28.
2. Mileage allowance
For a 30-day rental you get 1500kms, 60 days = 3000 kms. You can purchase an additional mileage package (+1000, +2000, + 3000kms). For more information, please contact us
3. Fitted van
Our long-term offer coversour entire fleet, which you can find out more about on the“VEHICLES” page in the main menu.
4. Reservation
Reservations can be made online via our“RESERVE” page in the main menu. Discounts are automatically applied according to the dates and duration of your trip. If you wish to increase your mileage, we recommend that you initiate the booking and detail your mileage requirements in the comments. We will send you a personalized quotation within 24 hours.
5. Location
Pick-up and drop-off of the van will take place at our Malaga agency, located 10 minutes from the airport.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum duration for taking advantage of long-term rental offers is 1 month.
What is the mileage policy?
The offer includes 1500km for one month’s rental, 3000 kilometers for 2 months’ rental, etc. If you wish to extend the kilometers, you can subscribe to additional packages (2000km per month, 3000km per month). Does the price include insurance?
Yes, comprehensive insurance is included in the rental price. For added security, we offer a PREMIUM insurance package that reduces the insurance excess, allows you to travel to Portugal, provides better coverage in the event of damage, etc. Find out more…

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel > 15 days before your departure date, VanBreak will refund your booking fee in the form of a credit note, to be used on a future booking within 18 months.If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before departure, VanBreak will retain 50% of the booking.If you cancel < and = 7 days before your departure, VanBreak will charge you 100% of the booking amount.Where do I pick up the van?

No, you will have to collect and return the van to our Malaga agency (Alhaurin de la Torre): Vanbreak Google Map
How does payment work?
You can reserve your converted van online via the ” RESERVE ” section of the website’s main menu. At the time of booking you will pay 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% (the balance) will be automatically debited 48 hours before departure from the same credit card used to make the reservation.If you leave for more than 3 months, we charge 3 months’ rental at the time of departure. Subsequent months (months 4, 5, 6…) will be debited automatically at the end of the month for the entire rental period.Can I travel outside Spain?
Yes, you can travel to Portugal if you take out PREMIUM insurance. Click HERE for details. You can opt for PREMIUM insurance when you book your van online.
Can I cook in the van?

are equipped with a gas hob and all the kitchen equipment and crockery you need to cook and eat in the van.Are the vans heated at night?
Yes, all our vans are equipped with a stationary heater to keep you warm in all circumstances.
Are there toilets in the vans?
The VW GRAND CALIFORNIA and SUNLIGHT models have a bathroom with toilet. The other models have no toilet. Dry toilets are available as an optional extra, so please ask when booking.
Is there a shower in the converted van?

Can I be self-sufficient in electricity?
Is bedding included in the rental price?
Yes, we provide one pillow per passenger, one mattress protector, one fitted sheet and one sheet. If you don’t have a sleeping bag, we have some available for hire.
Can I travel with my dog?
Yes, you can travel with your 4-legged companion, but you’ll need to subscribe to the dog option when booking, and return the van to us in a suitable condition… free of dog hair. For our part, we will carry out a complete disinfection.
What should I do if I have a problem during my trip?
To ensure your trip goes smoothly, we’ve created a VanBreaker app, where you’ll find tutorial videos on our vans, FAQs and itineraries. In the event of serious problems (accident, vehicle breakdown, vehicle immobilization, theft, etc.), we have a telephone assistance service which you can find in the CONTACT section.

All our vans are equipped to live comfortably: stationary heating for a warm night’s sleep in summer and winter shower (outdoor / indoor, hot or cold water depending on model), equipped kitchen (gas hob, fridge, sink), cooking and eating accessories (crockery, coffee maker, etc.), two comfortable double beds (except caddy, 1 double bed).
