If you have an accident, you must contact Vanbreak as soon as possible so we can take immediate action and coordinate with our assistance/ insurance service. The following information applies in the case where the tenant has complied with the applicable legislation governed by the Highway Code, as well as the conditions of use of the camper van or motorhome described in our General Rental Conditions. In all cases of claims involving one/third parties, the tenant must write an amicable report.
In case of an attributable accident and the responsibility of the tenant, whether or not involving a third party, VanBreak reserves the right to take all or part of the deposit paid, in order to cover all or part of the amount of the deductible (this amount varies depending on the insurance plan chosen).
If the tenant is considered by the insurance company as not responsible, the entire deposit will be refunded. This amount will be returned to him upon receipt of compensation paid by the insurance of the third party responsible.
All our vehicles have an ALL RISK insurance.
